Bedford School is an independent boarding and day school for boys aged 7 to 18 years.
In 2017 the school approached Prominent Media to manage the schools’ advertising campaigns to help promote upcoming open days and attract prospective parents.

Through our extensive planning process that sees us continually researching and keeping on top of the latest media trends. Our campaigns have included the likes of out-of-home, alongside other digital and print platforms.
 
All media buying is managed in-house by our team. We handle procurement, coordinate with suppliers, compile artwork deadlines, and maintain a detailed schedule to ensure all timelines are met.
 
In recent years, our main focus has been to increase admissions at the school, particularly through their open day events in spring and autumn.
 
For their autumn open day campaign, Prominent helped generate over 150 enquires for attendance. 
 
At the end of each campaign, we deliver a comprehensive end-of-campaign report to Bedford School, detailing the activities undertaken, visuals and key statistics. This report helps the school to evaluate successes and identify areas for improvement for their next campaigns.
 
We continue to provide strategic and creative campaign plans to target prospective parents.
